Online and Phone Ordering:

We offer fast, efficient and safe online ordering and secure credit card processing. Or call us at 1-828-817-9717 during regular business hours. Since we are a small business and may not always be able to answer the phone we ask that you please leave a message when prompted. We will call you back as soon as possible (US calls only). However, when you order online versus over the phone, you save us time and, therefore, we provide a 5% discount on all orders placed online. Shipping Information:

All orders are filled and expedited as quickly as possible. Repro Plans are printed on a per order basis and usually ship within 1 business day. PDF Files are emailed within 2-3 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Standard and custom modifications usually add 4-7 and 7-10 days, respectively. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (excluding holidays), Eastern Standard Time.

We ship via the US Postal Service Priority Mail for Repro Sets (2-4 days) to a United States address only, please include a standard US MAILING ADDRESS when ordering. If your credit card billing address differs from the shipping address, please include your billing address in the section under “other” on the checkout pages. We require that someone sign for the package upon receipt. If no one is available to accept delivery, the postal carrier will leave a notice for you to sign and retrieve your package at your local Post Office. We offer FREE SHIPPING for US addresses only. For Canadian orders plans are available as PDF Files only and orders must be placed online. Any questions you may have should be sent via emailed.

Damaged Packages:

Our packages require a signature upon receipt verifying that you (or someone in your household or business that you designate) have received the plans. If the package is visibly damaged, do not sign for it and do not accept delivery. Contact us as soon as possible via the “sales” email address provided in the confirmation statement and confirmation email sent to you at the time of purchase and we will immediately replace your order.

All pricing published on our website is in US Dollars.
Pricing and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Sale ending dates are calculated for the Eastern Time Zone officially ending at midnight.

Snow Load Notation:

If you would like us to add notation to the roof plan and cross-section drawing on the Repro/PDF plan specifying the snow load for your region, we will provide this at no extra charge. As soon as you have placed your order and received the order confirmation, email us either by replying to the order confirmation email or at support@carolinahomeplans.net with your name, address, order number plan number and CITY/STATE/ZIP CODE IN WHICH YOU PLAN TO BUILD. We will custom mark-up your order. If you are planning to build with roof trusses, this will not be necessary, since they are designed and supplied locally, and, therefore, automatically will conform to local snow-load requirements.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Due to copyright laws and the potential for infringement and unauthorized copying, plans are non refundable. Please pay careful attention to your selection when ordering. If for some reason you are unhappy with your Repro Plan/PDF File choice, email us with a brief explanation and we will gladly provide you with a 40% discount coupon voucher toward the purchase of a replacement PDF File (without having to return the originally purchased plan). This offer applies only to the purchase of non-modified Repro Plan Sets/PDF Files. The replacement will be emailed as a PDF File only. The discount may only be used once and is not valid for Study Package Sets. Notification must be made via email by the original purchaser within 3 days of receiving the Repro Plan Set/PDF File.
